Notre Dame (Ohio) and St Bonaventure (NY) Compared Side by Side
Gary Stocker on two Rust Belt private colleges
Notre Dame College (no, not the university, the college in Euclid, Ohio, east of Cleveland) and St. Bonaventure University (in western New York) may be located in non-adjacent states but they are in reality close to each other in terms of distance and economic zone. Both are part of a struggling Rust Belt stretching across the Buffalo and Cleveland metro areas. CTAS will be looking at troubled SUNY campuses in this region in a later analysis.
We are pleased to be cross-posting research from Gary Stocker of College Viability on Illinois colleges. See also Gary’s pieces about Ithaca College and other New York, Illinois and New Jersey colleges.
Gary here looks the contrasting prospects of Notre Dame and St. Bonaventure in this video (7 minutes).
